TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking fees are non-refundable.
All racers must be present at the Pitt Race Kart Tower 30 minutes prior to their first race.
Pitt Race cannot guarantee availability of another race in the event of a race missed due to late arrival.
Refunds and/or credits will not be offered for discounts/coupons or unused/missed races.
All racers must be between 5 feet and 6 feet 4 inches tall and under 280 pounds.
Closed-toe shoes are required for all racers.
Participants who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to operate a kart.

Booking fees and payment for group events is non-refundable
Groups are booked for a specific period of time. Events will end at the designated time despite late arrivals or late starts that due to participants not being ready on time.
Participants should arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
Group bookings may be rescheduled only with at least 48 hour advance notice.
Participant lists must be submitted 48 hours prior to the event.
Participants who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to operate a motorized vehicle.
