Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, event alterations, and rescheduling are permitted up to 14 days before the originally booked event.

25% of your total is nonrefundable for cancellations.

No cancellations or rescheduling of events will be permitted within 14 days of the event unless requested by Pitt Race.

Pitt Race reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in the safety and best interest of our staff, guests, and participants. In this instance only, a refund may be requested.
