PLAN AHEAD GUIDE

Pitt Race and MotoAmerica have submitted an event plan to local and state Health Authorities and government officials. They have been monitoring daily public health data and trends to create an event plan to protect fans, participants, the workforce and broader community.

This document outlines the key measures enforced by both Pitt Race and MotoAmerica; but ultimately, our success depends on our fans and community showing respect for our guidelines and procedures as well as for each other, and making safe and healthy decisions while participating. 25% Venue Capacity The event is restricted to approximately 25% of venue capacity to enable physical distancing and minimize congestion.

Entry Screening All individuals will be temperature screened prior to entry with a contactless thermometer, and those with a fever or experiencing COVID-like symptoms will not be allowed to enter the venue.

Face Coverings Masks or face coverings will be required throughout the entire facility, except when eating and drinking. Any individuals who do not bring their own masks/face coverings will not be allowed to enter. All Pitt Race, MotoAmerica and Vendor staff are required to wear face coverings as well.

Hand Hygiene Pitt Race will provide hand sanitizer in all restroom facilities. On-site vendors will feature hand sanitizer stations. Fans are encouraged to regularly wash or sanitize their hands.

Physical Distancing Fans will be required to adhere to social distancing in spectator viewing areas as well as the expanded camping guidelines. Distancing will also be enforced throughout the venue. All fans will be given a specific video streaming code to discourage congregation around jumbotrons and allow fans to stay in their own distanced location. Viewing areas for the Stunt and Freestyle Shows, as well as the podium activities, have been expanded as well.

Cleaning and Sanitization The venue will be cleaned, sanitized and disinfected regularly, with frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and surfaces throughout the day. Concessions and Merchandise Most concessions and merchandise will be located outdoors with distancing enforced when waiting in line, and touchless transactions encouraged whenever possible.

Communication and Signage Fans and stakeholders will receive frequent advance communications outlining policies and procedures, encouraging thoughtful planning and advising those who are sick or at risk to stay home. On-site signage and PA announcements will reinforce health and safety messaging throughout the event. All high-density fan activities have been cancelled for your safety and we will continue to monitor daily health trends as they arise and keep you informed.

We thank you for your ongoing support and look forward to seeing you at MotoAmerica Superbikes at Pittsburgh!
