What makes a great holiday office party you ask? How about getting out of the office and into an exciting new location?
Pick The Perfect Space
The first thing you will need is a venue to host your party. It is important to have enough room for all of your employees and their guests. Once you have a rough estimate on how many you will be inviting you can start looking for a great location.
At Pitt Race there are several spaces available we rent for varying group sizes. A large open room connected to the VIP Finish Line Suite in the Timing and Scoring building, the Event Center that contains a banquet room, a small classroom, and a conference room. All of the rooms come with tables chairs and linens. The layout can be customized to fit your needs.
Lets start with the VIP Finish Line Suite that overlooks the start/finish line of the Full Track. This room is the perfect location for a small group with a unique view you can’t see anywhere else. This room has access to a kitchenette. And is seamlessly connected to a large open room to accommodate a small or large group. The larger room comes with access to our AV equipment if needed.
Our Event Center has three separate rooms, a small classroom, a conference room, and banquet room. The classroom can hold a smaller group of about 30. The conference room can hold about 40 people and comes with a TV that can easily be connected to a laptop. The banquet room is the biggest room on the facility, surrounded by windows overlooking the facility is equipped with AV equipment and a Kitchenette. This room can easily hold 150 people. Be sure to take a look at the final turn of the racetrack from balcony outside.
Entertainment
The next thing you will need is entertainment. This is our area of expertise April through October, But did you know Pitt Race has options for group outing in the winter? If yo don’t have your own plans for entertainment such as a highlight video, dancing, or an awards ceremony we can set something up for you. Contact our sales team for the most current list of corporate/group events.
Get Great Food
Don’t forget the food! While Pitt Race does not offer catering, we do allow renters to bring their preferred vendor to our facility. If you are struggling to find the perfect caterer, we do have a list with a variety of food options. Our list of catering companies frequent our facility, and have become great partners along the way.
